Do I get a design proposal?

With our “Planning & Design” package we will create a design mood board for you, This will give you a general idea of the overall design but is different to a detailed proposal.

Will you be on calls with my vendors?

No (and yes) The only calls we do are at the very end with 1) your photographer and 2) your dj or band to go over timelines. Everything else is done through you, and emails. We do not do any other vendor calls and we highly recommend that you interview all your vendors ahead of time, so you should jump on a call with them. We can however give you any tips or things to ask them.

So are you our lead planner?

You are your own lead planner, we are there as an advisor. It is your job to keep yourself on track and keep checking things off the list, but we will be there to help you along the way and our monthly check ins will help keep you accountable.

Do you attend mock ups and tastings?

No, everything here (except day of coordination packages) is completely virtual. We do look forward to seeing all the pictures and hearing all about it afterwards.

Will it always be the same advisor?

For the most part we try and keep to the same advisor, however during peak season or vacation times, you may have someone different just to keep things moving smoothly.
