Questions?

Things you handle:

You are planning your own wedding but need a (professional) friend to guide you - that’s us!

Depending on what plan you choose, we will send you options for different vendors, you will select the vendor that you choose and handle all contracts. We will review any contracts before you sign them. We recommened you set up your own calls with the vendors you are considering to interview them and make sure you like them.

You will create your own design board to show to us and vendors, you can use your client portal or send us your pinterest board. It is your design, but we will offer you tips and tricks on how best to achieve or what vendors to use to do so.

You will communicate with all vendors. We just tell you what to say, what you need or what to ask for. On occasion we will email them, but never an in person or a phone call.

You will handle all invitations and save the dates.

Should you decide you would like a website, that is something that you would build.

In order for us to do floor plans, it is always helpful to have accurate dimensions or pictures. Whatever you can send us with this, will make it the most accurate and efficient for you. Even better if the venue has compatible software.

You will attend any tastings, venue walk throughs and mock ups, but we love pictures and would be happy to review it all with you on one of your scheduled calls.

How we work:

You do the digging and we act as consultants. Everything is virtual, so we either do scheduled phone calls or zooms, but you can also email us at anytime.

Depending on what plan you decide on, we will send you options, in your own time you will review those options and then we will discuss on our next scheduled call. Once you make decisions, we will send emails to request for contracts, which we will review for you, but ultimately you will be responisble for that contract with that vendor. If you decide you want to negotiate or have questions for any vendors, you will contact them directly.

You will also share with us your design and we will locate up to 3 vendors in your area that we feel would be a good fit. We recommend that you set up calls in your own time, without us to interview these vendors and make sure you like them. We do not attend any vendor calls or call any vendors on your behalf.

So in short, each month your calls are an opportunity for you to speak to a professional who will review your plans and make sure you are not missing anything as well as advise you for best practices.
